20 September sees International Coastal Clean Up. Animals get injured by rubbish, and it doesn't do sea life any good at all.  Join in the global effort to clean up our seas. The Marine Conservation Society has more info for the UK

In Jamaica
Maureen Sheridan at Animal House Jamaica in the Caribbean.  Can you help Maureen?  She has battled her way through 4 hurricanes in 3 years and she set up Animal House Jamaica to do something about animal welfare.
In China
Then there are the wonderful people at Wolong Panda Reserve who've been working flat out to help the pandas there after the earthquake. Many pandas have now been evacuated. Read more about it -  will you buy a t-shirt or help in some way? 
In Burma
The World Society for the Protection of Animals's efforts has been involved in helping the animals affected by the Burma cyclone.  The people in Burma depend on their animals for their livelihood.  Read more HERE
In Europe
The East Sussex Wildlife Rescue and Ambulance Service is holding a Companion Dog Show on the 27th July in Sussex, UK.  Why not go along?  And if you can't make it, take a look at their wish list and see what you can do to help there instead.
